Went out of their way to get my car booked in to be repaired, and supplied a car while it was in. When it was delivered back to me (they delivered it to my work place because I wasn’t able to pick it up) the engine light was on, so they made no hesitation but to get it booked back in and repaired it as soon as they could. During this time I always had a courtesy car ☺️ Highly recommend the Maidstone Abarth branch

Went in to look at a used Abarth, I had no appointment booked, Carly came straight out and asked if I needed any help, she got the keys and answered every question I had, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and answered any questions I had! If you go here to look at buying a car I would recommend Carly!! She was amazing so friendly, honest and down to earth, what a lovely experience it was dealing with her, unfortunately some of the stock wasn’t in my price range but as soon as one in my price range becomes available I will be straight back!! Absolute joke, empty showroom, was stood alone for 20 minutes, 3 people sat chatting at the desks. Was willing to drop £24k on the Abarth in the room and just picked up a car from Big Motoring World up the road. Joke Service

I visited the showroom on Saturday to drive the Abarth 595 with Carly and had a brilliant experience.

She was very prompt to answer my questions and get me out for a drive as soon as possible. Although the car wasn't suitable for me, she was very professional and friendly even after I told her I'd bought another brand.
