Vehicle exactly as described with full video walk round service provided before making the journey to view the car in person.

I've never felt compelled to write a review following a car purchase, but these guys really have been fantastic. pre-sales service was very good, but the real test is after sales service and that has been spot on too.

Just taken delivery of our new car from Sutherland. Jack and Sam have been great throughout, answered all my many questions and sent a video walk round for me to help with the decision. They even delivered it from the other end of the country which was very much appreciated. Really impressed and highly recommend.

Buy a used car can be quite a daunting process, particularly when seeking reasonable value on a part exchange. Jack at Sutherland Motor Group made the process of buying our new car a pleasure. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to help us pick up the car outside of normal business hours.

Sam was brilliant answering all my questions in a professional and timely manner ,I even got the car delivered without seeing it in person as Sam sent me a 5 minute detailed video of the car, I then took advantage of the 150 mile free delivery service I was that confident in Sam and the company.

Overall an enjoyable buying experience.

How refreshing to find a friendly, helpful, relaxed, no pressure family run business with top quality cars for sale. I found the type of car I really liked and a fair deal was on the table for mine but it was just missing one too many internal specifications that I would personally miss. So whilst we didn't proceed on this occasion I'm sure it won't long before I buy from them. I dealt with Jack, Sam and Otter and everyone made me and my wife very welcome. Plenty of licks and kisses from Otter. I should add Otter is a dog! Look forward to coming back soon
