I had a great experience when both looking and purchasing my new vauxhall car. From start to finish, I was fully supported through each step of the process by Warren who was very knowledgable and reassuring. A very smooth process with no complaints. I highly recommend Eden Vauxhall Exeter!

Was asked to go down to Eden Vauxhall for their VIP event too see about upgrading our existing car, also from eden vauxhall, we were seen by Kurtis who was very efficient, friendly and made the transition run smoothly despite our high expectations. If we exchange our car in the future then I will specifically ask for Kurtis as I feel like he is everything you need / want in a salesmen. Highly recommend

Really happy with our most recent purchase. Kurtis our Sales Consultant, found the perfect car for us after not finding what we were after initially. Great find and clearly understood our requirements well.

Callum was absolutely fantastic! Gave him my list of requirements and came back with lots of options for me to look through, has kept me updated through the whole process and given me a beautiful car at an amazing price. Would definitely recommend!

Totally rubbish customer service, paid a £99 online deposit and received an email confirming our order. Today I rang to arrange to go in to pay the balance only to be told they sold the car on Saturday but it’s still being advertised online & someone else could pay a deposit to order it. Beware -probably best to look elsewhere. Salesman couldn’t care less & no manager has replied to me!

Problem after problem with Vauxhall Exeter!
Staff are so rude! They make mistake after mistake! Failed to transfer over service plan when I changed car, failed to tell me service plan needs renewing! booked car in for service take it there and they phone me after 30 mins to say it’s booked for mot not service and inform that I don’t have a service plan and it’s going to cost £200 after I spent £20 on taxi home absolute joke and will now have to spend another £20 to get back to the car and it has not been touched waste of time and money!! Staff need to be trained on how to do there job and some basic manners would be nice!!

Purchasing the car was fine; however engine failed two months later, it’s been in for repair since October with no date provided on its return. I have had conflicting messages from the service team; and despite raising I would need a courtesy vehicle in November I am still without and facing the prospect of not visiting family at Christmas as planned. I have had to constantly chase for updates. Would never use this branch again, the MOT for life prospect is not so appealing after all!
