Within a couple of weeks of buying a VW Beetle from BCC I experienced a problem with the engine and got in touch with Rob regarding the warranty. Omg this man and company were amazing. He organised repair and courtesy car immediately and hand delivered the car back to me when all complete. The after sales service was second to none. I recently purchased a vw scirocco r from BCC and received great service throughout the whole process.

They were able to service the vehicle as well as change the cam belt, water pump and break discs. They also put the car through an MOT when it was not needed to be done for another half a year. The problems found by the MOT were quickly resolved at no extra cost. A lot of car dealerships wouldn't go through as many steps as BCC did to get the car ready for the customer so I am very grateful.

The car had issues and problems after one week This dealer does not want to give me a full refund after proving The car is faulty and unsafe after getting 2 independent inspection done and one of them is a witness inspection. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Amazing! Me being 18 years old I thought that I might of not been taken seriously however I was. Everything went perfect. I also brought my previous car down expecting to be offered a silly price for it to which I was surprised when Steve came back with a genuine offer to which I accepted. Can't recommend this garage enough!

Excellent customer & post-sale service. Rob was very responsive to my calls & questions and personally delivered the vehicle, which was in mint condition, to me in Wales. When I called Rob a few weeks after my purchase to ask if his workshop staff might know where a missing wheel-nut key was, he instantly offered to pay a local tyre shop to remove and replace them all if they couldn't be located. Very pleased to recomnend this company - many dealerships, which I'm a bit more used to, could learn a thing or two from BCC Bristol Car Centre in putting their customers first.
