Outstanding Customer Service from Stefan, nothing was to much trouble for him.
He went above & beyond when I bought my used fiat 500 from you last week.
Stefan is a credit to his team and the company, if your looking to buy a new or used car definitely go in and ask for Stefan Vass

Just to let users know that the phone number here is not for the garage directly (for services at least), but to a central team. Was told on phone I could bring my Fiat to the garage that afternoon for an issue to be looked at that day or the next - but when arrived I had been booked in for almost two weeks later. Team within the garage were great however, and did their best to have a look as soon as was possible for them - which did turn out to be the next day. Very grateful for their flexibility and response to this situation.

Fantastic buying experience with the Alfa team, Mark was excellent and made the whole thing run smoothly. I would Definitely buy from here again

Terrible customer service. Allowed me to reserve a car for viewing which had already been sold. Still waiting on a refund of my deposit after a fortnight. Salesman has failed to respond to emails or telephone calls. Beware, once they have your money the customer care stops. Very poor for main dealer.

Edit; now refunded but very poor communication from dealership took a bad review to get a response

Be very careful buying a used Alfa from this dealer. The service history on mine was obviously doctored and I have needed to spend almost £1,5k getting a new condenser and new brake disks plus wheel alignment in less than a year since the last service (allegedly carried out by these guys. Beware!

Good service from the service dept. Helpful and friendly. Only down side was courtesy car that was given to me was dirty and had tobacco and ash in the car which for a non smoker stood out a mile.

As always, buying a car, especially a Motability car is always a pleasure from either Dennis or Stefan. I tend to avoid their service department though as they're not so good. I have to knock them down to one star as their service department manager is rude, arrogant and fairly useless.

He refused to do what I suggested to replicate the issue, whilst I was waiting he was rude to another customer over the phone accusing her of not being honest and then he implied that because he wouldn't replicate the fault that somehow her was sceptical it existed and told Seat in Spain that ... Customer claimed. Took the car to Milton Keynes, they diagnosed and verified the fault the same day and are now working on a solution. Mororvogue did the same thing 7 years ago whereby they refused to accept a recurring fault on the gearbox and then the gearbox failed and wrote the car off.

Returned car at the end of the lease and the sales department were brilliant, went above and beyond.

So, I have a bit of a dodgy leg and decided that I would try for a mobility car but I was kind of embarrassed about it if I'm being honest. It feels kind of cheeky rocking up asking for a brand new car but Stefan at SEAT Motorvogue is an absolout legend, he helped me through every bit of the process and made it feel less cheeky lol Can't fault the service, can't fault the process nor can I fault the car. Well happy with everything and would fully recommend going to Motorvogue if you've been thinking about going through motability or even if you're just getting a new car in general. And if you do feel embarrassed about going through motabilty, don't, if you need it, you need it.
