I would tread carefully when dealing with this garage. Bought a car that was delivered to me with a coolant fault. Called in and let them know about the fault while delivery driver was still here. They asked me to get booked into a garage to check for leaks, asked for an email first to state they would cover the cost of it - Got an email saying they would cover the cost "IF IT WAS A CLIP AT FAULT"?!
Anyway booked into garage and they could not find any leaks and bled the system as the dealer was convinced it was an air lock in the system. Got the car back and issue persisted so I requested a refund and was told that I am not entitled to a refund if there is no issue with the car.. then got asked to try different things to see if the issue goes away.

Eventually they said they couldn't believe my garage couldn't fix an air lock and they agreed to come get the car.. chased up for two weeks while they changed different parts trying to sort the issue. They themselves could not fix the issue and after a big fuss I did manage to get a refund thankfully

I recently purchased a car through Cars of Christchurch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I dealt with a really friendly polite guy called David who was more than happy to assist with any questions I had and resolved a problem I had immediately without hesitation which is lovely when you don’t have a clue about faults etc. Extremely happy with the car and service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for your next vehicle purchase. Brilliant service throughout from both Craig and David. Unfortunately the car i brought required a new battery three weeks after delivery. Despite this not being under warranty, they kindly paid towards this. They really do go above and beyond. Many thanks chaps. First class.

I received a competitive px value for my existing car and was readily offered an unaccompanied test drive, in what is now my new one. At no time did I feel under pressure, or that I was being talked into a deal.
Upon collection, my new car was immaculately presented and easily to franchised dealer standards.
Throughout the whole process, I received a courteous and professional service and saw this being extended to other potential buyers.
I believe in giving credit where it is due.

PURCHASED a MINI Countryman from here in August. Was told car had been serviced and was fine for us to drive away. Took car same day and 2 days later went to Cornwall in it but smelt oil burning so called then to report. Advised them we would bring car in when we got home. Upon return called them to arrange drop offat weekend. The day before we were due to drop off engine management light came on so AA patrol called out who informed us that timing chain was Stretched, oil was leaking from engine but also there was 1 wheel bolt missing from each wheel, reverting the car Unsafe, so car was recovered back to them. They offered to repair and told us it would be done in 1 week. They gave us a loan car which showed up as NOT insured. After 3 weeks of waiting for our car to be returned to us and being fobbed off by Craig the manager, I was left with no option but to threaten legal action to ensure a refund was given on the car. We now have our money back and have purchased a lovely car from elsewhere. Sadly Cars of Christchurch is run by someone with no customer care skills so my advice is go elsewhere!

I bought a Nissan X-Trail from Cars of Christchurch in February. They were really friendly and helpful. Yesterday I had the first major service since the purchase at a Nissan Dealership, where they gave the car top marks for condition before even doing the service. Can't recommend these guys enough. Next time I need an upgrade, they will be the first people I go to see.

I was trying to look for a section in ur website to write a review but couldn’t. Just now found out it’s here after a couple a months. The red car was bought from u outstanding, the service and advice was given just as friend to a friend. The dealer sorry I am not good with names he is very kind, professional and very welcoming. We did even enjoy the coffee while waiting for our paper work to be done. Thank you and you are the top if not only the one of my car dealership List.

Great service, friendly staff, and we're very happy with our 64-plate Mazda6 purchased there recently at what I think was a very reasonable price.
