I wish I could do 0 stars. Very very awful customer service. I drove from Birmingham to Leicester to buy a Car For 9k. I was very interested in the car and when I went there the man was very rude, he didn’t show any interest on showing me the car.
I asked some questions about the car and the man replied shouting, (like he would give us the car for free!!. )
I would never never never in my whole life recommend this horrible company. Please be aware and read the reviews before going there, don’t do the same mistake as I did.

Great selection of cars, no pushy sales rep which was great to experience. Staff are very knowledgeable and are happy for you to approach them with your questions. Very helpful on arranging test drives and sorting out the route. Cars in decent condition and are washed ready for purchasing. Very happy with the service I received. Would definitely use them again for sure. Very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent Service, good selection of cars and indoor showroom! Bought my Golf here and they gave me a fantastic deal. The salesman was friendly and helpful and not like other garages trying to force me into buying! He left me with the car to make up my mind without pushing me into it! Very rare these days where as other garages I’ve been to I’ve just been pushed or almost forced into buying! Great service all round and very happy with my car !

Went to see a car today , saw it was perfect ! Ready to buy ..... a miserable unfriendly salesman approached me , offered me a stupid part exchange price then didn't even offer a test drive.

I had the cash for the car in an envelope in my car. Felt utterly disrespected and just got the impression he didn't like me because I was white and had no time for me . Couldn't bring myself to give them the money for the car after being treated like that. Such a shame it looked a great place and the other staff were really nice

They have a decent selection of cars in an indoor showroom and even more elsewhere. If you see a car of interest on the website make sure to call before visiting to ensure it's there. I've bought two low mileage, one owner cars at reasonable prices. Had an unpredictable minor problem with the last one but they arranged to have it fixed with no quibble.

Did not have a good experience. They did not have the car ready on the day they agreed to, which I only found out when I phoned them to get an update. This left me without a car to get to work, which was a problem!
The issue was that a supplier had not delivered a part, but if they can't get the parts in time they should not commit to a date that they can't meet.
I understand that things don't always go to plan, but when I phoned them to sort things out they were not helpful and borderline rude.
(Not the receptionist, she was doing her best! But the other people I spoke to)

Awful and rude. I bought my first car from here and not realising there was mould growing in the driver seat under the foot matts. The back seats started to get damp so I got my step dad to check it over and we found a puddle of water in the boot/spare tyre lives😂

I took the car back and they offered to fix it, but the water damage was so bad that it would come back in bad weather.

They gave me a full refund after I said no and then the car was back on their website in a few days, I feel sorry for anybody who buys a a car from here!
