A friend recommended Archway Cars so i just popped in for a look to see what they had.
Brough my ideal car from these guys about 45 minutes later and I honestly couldn't be happier!
Drives like a dream and looks even better!
They took my previous car as part exchange, fixed the few minor issues and made it look brand new in a way I never could!
No pushy sales and both Tracey and Curtis were a pleasure to be around! Would definitely recommend and would 100% use these guys again!

Bought a car from Archway Sept 2020.
Very clean/tidy , low mileage & immaculate inside & out. Even had free delivery from Leicester to Birmingham.

Paid full asking as dealer would not budge.
Problems began literally from day one .

Number plate fell off
Car was in garage with engine issue
Since then 3 month warranty bran out
I’ve spent about £1500 on repairs since -
Brake pads replaced
Suspension on both front arches corroded
Tyres needed replacing
Coolant leak
Oil pressure issue
Avoid this garage . I won’t purchase from them again

Wonderful experience today when dealing with both Tracy and Curtis to purchase our sons first car. They were a delight to deal with and very helpful. They had a wonderful selection of cars . It was worth the journey . Thank you for waiting for us to arrive.

Purchased a BMW yesterday from Archway cars. The car was extremely tidy and well looked after and exactly what I had been looking for. Curtis was extremely helpful and came across as very genuine unlike a lot of car dealerships I have previously dealt with. He was very knowledgeable but wasn't pushy, he let the quality of his stock do the talking. Overall extremely satisfied with the car and the excellent service. Thankyou

We came across Archway Cars (Leicester) purely by chance when viewing a car in the Peterborough
area after driving down from N.E. England.
From our first contact with Tracey by phone to arrange a viewing / test drive and then purchasing the vehicle (Audi TT), everything went without a hitch and nothing was too much trouble.
Tracey and he co-owner Curtis were both very customer orientated throughout with no pushy selling techniques employed and all suggestions were for the benefit of the customer, not the owners, which made a nice change.
The actual vehicle was immaculately presented and all required work was carried out as planned to stay well within the agreed timescale of the purchase.
Based on our own experience so far, we would happily do business again with Tracey & Curtis at Archway Cars and therefore we happily recommend them to others.

Just brought my seat Ibiza fr and I’m really pleased with it, the customer service is on point Tracey was unbelievably easy to work with whilst purchasing the car making everything as easy as possible for me.

Very poor experience in after sales. I read previous reviews stating this and thought that it wouldn’t happen to me and decided to purchase anyway, massively regret this now.
Very rude customer service, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Owner has responded saying this is a fake review or that I’ve got the garage wrong as they can’t see any sales in my name. The purchase was in my partners name and was definitely for this garage, unless there’s another archway cars in Leicester with a rude lady called Tracey.

Cannot thank Tracy and the team enough for all of the help and support we have had from them.
Totally trustworthy and listened to our needs. helped with anything with kindness and professionalism. Would not go anywhere else for a new car or serivcing_ repairs
