Fantastic service from start to finish. Great car lot in an easy to get to, good location. Nice choice of cars, which are all well kept and competitively priced. Nice amount of room in the lot, no squishing between cars to view, and any car that I wanted to see properly was moved into the middle for me. No pushy sales, and all my questions were answered honestly. All the vehicles come with a 3 month warranty, which I was able to upgrade to a year. I was also able to test drive, buy, and collect the car on the same day. I would highly recommend buying a car from here, and will definitely buy from again myself.

Do not trust this dealer! I reported a fault with a car that I purchased from here. he said he would fix it on the condition that I give him a further £200 on the part ex I traded in over 2 month ago. he said the part ex was worse then he thought and said the head gasket has gone! I told Linsley that the rocker cover gasket was gone.. I drove from Bournemouth to Salisbury twice, with no smoke nor miss fire and it ran perfectly on tic over.. Linsley even test drove and checked the oil cap as i was there! Linsley know he is in the wrong to ask for further money and stop any repairs under warranty! I will report this garage to the Ombudsman and seek further advise! so be it if you continue to buy from this garage, you have been warned!

We saw the car on first onAuto Trader, called and visited a few days later and bought the car within 30 minutes. They seem good quality cars, and they service them and replace any parts that are needed before you can take them home. We are so impressed with the service and repairs gone into the car which gives us piece of mind that the car won’t need much work in the near future. Thank you so much for car, a lovely Gold Volvo! What more could a girl need! :)

Rogue traders. Brought a car from these lot. An absolute death trap. Car has been involved in a fatal collision on the way home. Didn't manage 15miles. Will be going to ofcom and also trading standards. avoid like the COVID.

There was never such a thing as an honest salesman. Disappointed with the car, description and end result. Far from what was described. Seems like the word Trust is non existent.

We put a payment down on a car this weekend just gone and we’ll be picking up 2 days later, with a fresh MOT and Service.

Excellent customer care. Knowledgeable and patient. Daughter bought first car at 18. Took time to answer all questions. No rushing and after care has been very good. Daughter is delighted with the car. Price very competitive. Any minor issues remedied immediately. Early days but we all feel like we have bought well. All you can ask.
