AVOID this “dealership” at all costs. Purchased a 2013 black GOLF GTD Mk7 from this place, found on autotrader, spoke with the manager “mo” & salesman “Adam” about the vehicle, service history, MOT, condition of the Car etc and told all was good and perfect, asked specifically about the bodywork Of the car if there’s any blemishes, scratches or dents to which both of them at separate occasions denied and said the car is perfect, I spoke with them about 3-4 times before deciding I want to buy the car-going off their honesty, I didn’t view the car as it was Very very far away so wanted the dealer to be as transparent as possible with me to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey. Finance sorted so I head down to the dealership to collect the car, on arrival I inspected the car inside and out thoroughly before signing anything, instantly there was some major faults with the car which HAD NOT been disclosed to me by either Adam or Mo the manager. The first thing I spotted was the front bumper looked dodgy and had been resprayed to a poor finish, no clearcoat, the paint was more matte then gloss black pearl as it should be, the drivers side headlight wasn’t sitting flush with the bumper, also there was a dent the size of a golf ball just beside the same headlight, on the passenger front side wing there was 2 door dings, on both passenger and drivers side the side skirts were bent from where someone had jacked the car up at the wrong points, on the windscreen there were 2 significant stone chips, on the boot there were chips and rust which also hadn’t been disclosed to me by either salesman or manager! On inspection of the engine, the oil level was 1/4 full of what it should be and oil was as black as coal, in the car advert they had mentioned that the car had just been serviced but this was a lie as the oil level and clarity was evident to this. A couple days after purchasing the car I got a warning on the dash saying the cornering light was defective, I also didn’t receive the service book with the car when in the advert they had stated it had full VW service history. So after all this disappointment I gave the salesman 2 options, I either cancel the finance and don’t purchase or I want £400 compensation to complete some of the work, instantly without thinking he told me to “cancel the finance then”, I asked him to get on the phone to his boss and ask him to compensate me some money and I will take the car, originally he offered £100 which is disgusting but then settled on £250, overall DO NOT waste your time here, I was also sold 3 months warranty when I said I didn’t want it and Adam spelt my name wrong on the application which means it’s void and not valid, these are dishonest people that just want your cash, OH ALSO, the car was filthy, had milk stains and half eaten biscuits in the car, along with no locking wheel nut, the owner is that dodgy that he gets his friends to leave fake google reviews and also left one himself under the name of “mo”.

Brought a Vauxhall Corsa recently. The most amazing thing was Mo was able to work around me and arranged an appointment after hours. It was as explained. I dont know much about cars and Mo was very patient and answered all my questions. The aftercare was amazing too. Greeted with a warm welcome didnt push me into buying made suggestions asked what I was looking for and it was that. Warranty care was a cracking deal too.

Thanks ACS for everything car has been running smoothly no issues. See you for my next vehicle.

The cars may be affordable if you can afford to wait around!
Arranged a viewing via Autotrader to meet at 12, arrived at 11.40 (after driving for 30 mins from Bedford), gates all padlocked up.
Called the number on the poster, guy answers asking who we booked with, told Autotrader, he spoke to someone in the background who it must have been booked with and we were told he wouldn't be there until 1pm...maybe.
No explanation, no apology.
Luckily there was a pub nearby where we could waste time, otherwise don't know what we would have done.
Called back at 1.20pm, phone straight to voicemail, went back to the lot, still all padlocked up, called again, straight to voicemail, so left.
Very unprofessional and time wasted!

I organised to meet at 10.30 am. I arrived at 10.20 but no one was there so I waited until 10.30 to call. When I called I spoke to a different man who had no idea about the appointment. I asked if he could meet me as I had driven 1 1/2 hours to get there but he refused.

Complete waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Drove for 2 and a half hours to get to this place rang him up to confirm he still had the car I wanted and time to turn up. Got there rang him up he said he's 10 mins away we waited for 20 and he didn't show so we left. What a complete waste of time I don't know how he makes any money. Avoid this company at all cost.

My son brought his first car here in December had it a week before it broke down - their response was as their garage was busy could we take it somewhere to diagnose the fault. Took it to them with the fault diagnosed and it took over two weeks to get it back and supposedly fixed. One week later same fault and same outcome AA where called out and they found two faults. ACS again to told us their garage was busy and take it somewhere ourselves. I did Hemel’s ‘Evans Halshaw’ who diagnosed the coolant pump fault and two others - fuel pump and more worryingly an ABS fault. Total bill over £1000 - now they won’t pay - - Worst mistake buying from these rogue traders . I have waited for over three months for them to come up their senses - so now I am writing this review and taking them to court

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Car broke down twice in first two weeks and absolutely no help re customer service. Garage they used claimed car had absolutely nothing wrong.
Refund completely refused even under warranty.
Paid for AA to do full check over car, they confirmed multiple issues.
No response from seller therefore having to take court action.
