My experience start off really smooth an it went a bit rocky. But after James longfield meet with us yesterday He explained. And it when really good from there my wife is not someone easily pleased. Nice cars, they're audi after all. Our Salesman was nice. But as we are talking to him, another older salesmen walked past and interrupted our conversation as we are dicussing the car we wanted and the older salesman literally barked an order to our guy while we were talking, something about moving a q7 to him, but said it as if he was dirt on his shoe. I won't be buying from here while they have rude people like this. Who's to know I won't have him for my after sales, no thanks. Etron gt sale gone. Sorry audi this is the second time you have let me down, over to the taycan instead.

VW elsewhere had fell through with the deal a company I was buying my van from so I went out and sourced one myself and Andrew Nash from VW heritage Bristol was worth the travel!

Found a van, Andrew told me all about it despite my nerves of it being used. Come with great deals and Andy was just an email away for any concerns. Kept me up to date every step of the way.

Reason for leaving this review is despite having my van and business being done I got a call today to tell I was eligible for 250 pounds back as well!

Highly recommended, left an online deposit on a used Audi here . Car was better than we were hoping for and service history was very comprehensive too. We were greeted on arrival at dealership and really well looked after, not pressurised into anything . A lot of time was spent with us, all in all could not be better.
