I purchased a Mercedes 220 CDi from Ivybridge Trade Centre. We negotiated an excellent deal for me to purchase as it was, before a valet.
I have now valeted it and given it a full service. I am over the moon with my purchase. I found them very easy to deal with. They leave you to look over the car with absolutely no pressure. Then test drive on your own.

The Customer service was pretty cold.
The car I went to look at had not been valeted or cleaned it seemed which did not set a good impression.
I was asked what they could do to sell me the car to which I replied their was a big dent in it. They said they could sort that and get it valeted if I bought it. Heres an idea, why do you not
do these things beforehand to entice people to buy the car first.
