Fantastic experience from Preston Motor park.
My vehicle was booked in for a service online at my convenience and it was ready for collection at the agreed time. Cannot fault them.

Highly recommend. We went in browsing after visiting many garages as we weren't sure which car we want. Spotted one as soon as we went in. Jonathan the sales person was great, talked us through the vehicle, different options etc. he wasn't at all pushy and maintained contact until we collected our vehicle when he took me through the final details. Overall great service. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish when our motorhome was on a recall. Liked that we were able to choose a time for the work being done that fitted in around us. Jade was extremely helpful.
Also the service plan and options available that she explained to us at the time of our visit and promptly emailed to us were very good and will be taken in up in due course.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Preston Motor Park to anyone.

The whole experience of getting my new car was made more enjoyable by the whole staff at Preston Motorpark who are the most helpful, friendly and professional staff I’ve encountered .

What can I say - Lose hope all ye who buy a second hand car from this place.
They are economical with the truth, don't check the car properly, say one thing and do (or not) another, damage your car when it's being worked on and then deny all responsibility. I bought my car just before Christmas and it's still not right. I love my car but using them was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Preston Motor Park - Avoid like the plague - their attitude is less than welcoming if you ever need to go back.
I would give no stars but I can't post unless I select at least one....

Buying the car was easy and the sales staff were efficient.
The aftercare has left a lot to be desired.

On arrival after a 3.5hr drive, someone had clearly reversed the car into something as there was fresh damage to the bumper however it was agreed that we take the car, get it repaired and they would pay which in fairness they did.

The car has developed a problem since then, I emailed 2 members of staff and have yet to receive an email offering advice on our next step a week later although it has been during the festive period but the unit has been open.

To be honest absolutely disgusted by the condition of my car when it was handed back to . It was in for some warranty work which involved the passenger door lock being replaced. Was told the work would take approx 1.5 hrs actually took 4.5 hours. The work involved removing the internal door card as well . It was handed back with swarf in the passenger footwell , the door card itself was filthy the window glass covered in greasy fingerprints the outer door covered in greasy fingerprints and the steering wheel was greasy too . I did return to the garage to voice my complaint and they did offer to clean it . The fact I had already been there 4.5 hours and they returned it in that state meant I wasn't prepared to let them touch it again . The garage fell well below the standard any reasonable person would expect from a main dealer .
