Jason couldn't have been better. Obviously chooses the cars he sells very carefully and the Octavia VRS we bought is superb, (no pun intended!) The service Jason provided was above and beyond, we hardly had to do anything re paperwork as he did it all bar the call to insurance. Buying a second hand car can be stressful and scary but I cannot recommend James and James highly enough for making it a breeze!

I don't recommend, very rude owner. After I showed him that the car emits blue smoke from the exhaust (Audi A4 2014) he got very angry and with an aggressive tone said that this is normal.

Great to deal with, kept in contact, polite and very helpful.

I feel like I should write a thank you note rather than a review. Jason was brilliant from beginning to end. He was always helpful and once we agreed a fair price we took communication over to Whatsapp which was convenient and easy. On pick up he even offered to pick me up from the train station, and when I arrived he had serviced and valeted the car and put two new tyres on. Completely above and beyond what I expected and shows he cares about his customers and not just the bottom line. I'm really pleased with the car and I've no doubts if I did have any problems Jason would have been professional and fair in dealing with them. Really recommend buying a car from James & James.

Recently bought an Audi A4 avant from James & James and I can't recommend this place enough. I drove a 6.5 hour round trip for the car and it was well worth it. The car was just as described and the whole process was straight forward and easy. No pushy sales techniques just simply here's a nice A4 exactly as it was advertised. The car was clean, with fresh service and 12 months mot (no advisories) exactly as promised.

I would happily recommend James & James to anyone.
