Really excellent service from Bristos. Dealt with Matt throughout the process who made it very easy and explained everything as we went through it. Matt also made sure that the car was valeted, MOT'd and timing belt changed. Couldn't fault the service provided and very happy with the car. I would highly recommend Bristos to others and will look to them again for any future cars.

Arranging the MOT and Service was effortless. I also opted to replace all four tyres so this additional work was carried out at the same time as the MOT and Service. I received a video clip showing my car being inspected in the workshop. My car was washed and cleaned as well.

Only 1 member of staff working. Waited ages for a job that required 1 moment of staff time. Did not feel welcomed upon arrival or while waiting in the showroom. Would be great to never have to revisit.

Lovely layout and selection of vehicles. Good disabled access. Great sakes rep - very helpful with regards to car, motorbility and adaptations.

I was slightly delayed with traffic and Bristos Skoda still managed to perform my MOT and service in under 3 hours including cleaning the car and and a visual inspection. Sue on reception was very attentive and understanding and I was able to work remotely from the show room whilst I was waiting. 10/10!
