First time I've bought a used car from a dealer for a very long time! Excellent service from Junaid, the few little things that needed sorting, all done without a fuss. Craig, the boss, also on hand. Slight niggle that we had a long wait when we arrived to pick it up, seats not quite dry from the valeting, but otherwise great and kept topped up with coffee. Would certainly use again.

My son brought his car from here. Kyle was very helpful and looked after us. Great communication and service. I would definitely will have a look next year for myself. They also did part-ex as well.

Went down to PCS on Sunday as part of a day out looking for a car. Very presentable showroom but the professionalism and friendliness of the salesman Josh was amazing. I told him my criteria and he showed me options on the computer before narrowing down my choices. Nothing was to much trouble and he answered my every question.
After agreeing to buy the collection experience was also commendable. The car looked amazing and again Josh was professional in doing the vehicle handover. Would highly recommend both the company and the salesman. Thanks for helping me.

I bought my car from Premier cars yesterday after multiple visits and had a brilliant experience on each one. Josh was very patient and friendly from the moment we met him and supported me in finding a suitable car that was within my budget. He went above and beyond in making sure I found the right car. I recently bought a car from PCS.
From the moment we arrived, the team were very courteous and professional.
We dealt with Josh and he helped make the experience even better by adding that extra special personal touch.

He was able to sort the best price for me and throw in some extras to ensure that I got the best for my money. I then managed to get a great deal on warranty which will certainly make me feel a lot happier knowing my new car is well covered.

We were so impressed with Josh that we will be coming back next year to update the other half’s car.

I purchased a Jaguar from them with a vehicle to part EX and were very happy to see the deal through.
I had a nice warm welcome when I arrived and a few coffees to get me settled. There was a slight wait to test drive the car due to it being valeted which was fair enough , just got me more looking forward to trying it out. The process of purchasing the car and all the paperwork wasn't bad at all. I had a great laugh with Kyle at the same time taking about Forest and Leicester.
I will definitely recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a car as they are also happy to sort out any issues after the purchase too ☺️

I cannot fault car premier supermarket, they have been fab.

I was looking at buying a second hand car on finance and I initially spoke with Raj about what I wanted. He kept me in the loop every step of the way regarding the finance situation and what was happening. He was very friendly and very helpful with any questions I had.

On the day I went to pick up my car, Raj wasn’t in and I dealt with a lovely women, Rachael. Because I was travelling a long distance to come and get the car, I rang in the morning just confirming everything was all ready to go. Unfortunately, and through no fault of car premier supermarket, the finance company had stuffed up the numbers and wanted a higher amount off me per month. This was no longer in my budget range. I explained this to Rachael who did everything in her power to get the price lowered for me to one that was within my budget range. She was able to accomplish this (even managed to get it lower than the original price) and I was able to pick up my car on Wednesday.

The car is immaculate both inside and out, it runs beautifully and I have had a lot of fun tootling about in it.

I highly recommend car premier supermarket and I will definitely be making the journey again when I’m in need of an upgrade. Both Raj and Rachael were excellent and neither one made me feel pressured in any way and they were both extremely helpful! I would like to thank them both for their hard work and thank Rachael for her perseverance with the finance company to get me the car she knew I desperately wanted.
