I saw a bike I liked the look of on Auto Trader and traveled from Cambridgeshire to Wolverhampton to see it. The bike was in amazing condition and especially when the salesman Raj Singh heard how far I had come to see it did everything he could to have me feel welcome and answer all my questions. A good deal was struck and I bought the bike there and then. I returned a few days later to pick up the bike and again excellent service from Raj even coming in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. First rate service by Raj and Rybrook.

Good service. Car was in for a recall. Quick and easy checking in process. I did have to call to see if my car was ready and I ended up without it for the evening and then had to go back the following day because it wasn’t ready until 17:40.

There was a bit of a wait when I went to collect but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Car was valeted and well presented upon collection.

Worst BMW garage used in the last 20 years let down not once but twice! Called to confirm I was dropping the car off when I got there no loan car as it was involved in a crash a night before I booked the car over 3 weeks in advance no email no txd message to inform me of no loan car full of excuses staff had a grin on his face throughout the conversation manager handled things a bit better.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Rybrook of Wolverhampton & have to say the whole experience firstly online then actually getting the car from Rybrook in person was very professional, fully transparent & efficient. A huge thanks to James Hodgson the salesman whom I dealt with through this transaction with the part exchange of my vehicle through to the purchase of my new approved used vehicle. James was extremely knowledgeable patient & listened to the customers needs & also asked for solid specific information on my car in the part exchange process which I was more than glad to deliver. I was more than pleasently surprised on the price offered for my vehicle having cared for it through my ownership. On the day of picking up the new approved used car a minor fault developed with the wing mirrors & James personally took charge of this & got this sorted out within 24hrs. He went above & beyond in order to ensure the customer myself would not be inconvenienced & he came up trumps on all counts. If ever you need an BMW approved used car at Rybrook please ask for James & you’ll be well taken care of & in my mind is a valuable asset to Rybrook in Wolverhampton.

I can only give Raj and Rybrook Wolverhampton 5 * for quality, price and the best customer service I received for some time. I thrive quality customer service and Raj Singh delivered. I have purchased a 71 plate BMW F900R SE…which was delivered today. It’s been a first class experience dealing with the Raj and I would highly recommend him to others who are looking for a new or used motorbikes. Thank Dan

This is a real gem of a dealership. The place itself is really nicely set out and has a great display of cars. On my visit, all staff I encountered were extremely warm and welcoming. The sales executive for my car was Jason Westbury and I can not speak highly enough of the service he awarded me. Nothing was too much trouble and all communications were prompt and detailed, thus making my buying experience seamless and stress free. One might come to expect such a level of service when parting with substantial sums of money to purchase a car, however in my experience, unfortunately, that is not always the case. Rybrook BMW Wolverhampton is one place where you can expect it.

I collected my 1 series from Steve Turner today, he was very friendly and helpful, no false promises, did what he said he would and the car was ready in the handover bay at the time agreed.

I’d also like to mention he went above and beyond by lending me a 1 series for a week while I was without a car as I had just recently rejected a 4 month old Cupra Formentor.

Steve this was very much appreciated and I am very grateful. Loving the car so far and would highly recommend you if asked. Thank you.

Booked my car in 2 months ago for a recall and courtesy car. On the day i dropped my car off for 9:30am. Reception could not find me on their system. I was told to wait around the corner and have a coffee. A service advisor came and told me i had not spoken to any one or rang the dealership! I assured the service person i had and that i had spoken to Shrewsbury Rybrook to see if they could get me in sooner. However theirs was a later date.
I was told to wait for the service person to come back and say our system shows you haven't rang us. I showed them my call list, showing their number with a 4min and 3 sec phone call, followed by Shrewsburys number.
They got me in eventually at 10 am. I was then rang at 11:30 to say my car would be ready for 17:45. I went along with that time. I was then rang again to confirm the car would be ready for 17:45. I asked if there was anything wrong with the car. To which they said "your car is in for a recall please get here for 17:45". I got their 17:30 so i could speak to the service manager and discuss the way i had been spoken to. To be told you have not rang here or spoke to anyone and blatantly call me a liar is not acceptable. Last but not least, the car still was not ready for 17:45 after being told twice strongly to be no later than stated.
Customer service. None existent. Do i feel like a valued customer. Definetly not. Overall very poor service. I'll be going to Shrewsbury Rybrook from now on.
