If I could give him more than five stars I would! Purchasing my car from Richard has probably been the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. He is a thoroughly honest and decent chap who sells very nice and well looked after quality cars that he clearly takes care to find and sell for very reasonable prices. I bought a Mercedes CLK350 cabriolet from him and it’s just lovely. Unfortunately it had a small issue with water making its way through the canvas roof and onto the seats. Richard dealt with it superbly, even coming to my house 40 miles away to try and fix the issue. Eventually he paid for a roof specialist to sort the car and it is now perfect. If you want to buy a car from someone who knows his stuff, is honest, very friendly, only sells good quality cars and genuinely wants to look after his customers, then you need to visit Richard. From now on he will be the first person I contact for a car - I cannot recommend him enough!!!

We needed a car for £500 for a charity road trip to Munich! This was a tough ask as we actually wanted to get there and not only there but also to get back home. Well what can I say. Richard had a very honest and straight Vauxhall . What I liked was Richarddidn’t hide any of the issues although minor, Richard still pointed them out. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Richard went above and beyond my expectations. We didn't really have a car in mind, but went in and talked through what we liked and budget available, and Richard shortlisted some options for us. He is honest, patient and always willing to go that extra mile, even after the point of sale. I really cannot recommend Richard highly enough. I viewed the car on a really rainy day. He got a cloth to remove the rain to show me a few blemishes. It's nice he wanted to be so transparent. He's really knowledgeable, and just a genuine nice guy. He turned the car around in super quick time with a service and MOT, for which I was greatful. All in all, a delightful buying experience from a seller that cares about supplying quality used cars. Communication was spot on from initial enquiry to "it's ready for you". So buy with Richard with confidence.

It's early days but so far I have nothing but praise for Richard High, he is polite and helpful. The transaction was handled very smoothly and the car appears to have been beautifully prepared. The car's torque converter had a fault identifed and it was replaced prior to purchase. So far so good!
