Just bought a used car from Norris Brothers, the salesman was John, he was absolutely fantastic and the service I received was second to none, he was very sympathetic as I had had a dreadful experience with another dealer, He even delivered the car to me as I could not get over to collect, On delivering the car he took me through all the features of the car, he even took the time to show me how computerised system worked. I wouldn't hesitate in buying another car from John or Norris Brothers, thank you for an excellent service

This garage is definitely one to avoid. I bought a BMW 1 series from them and took out a 1 year warranty with the car and within a few months had some issues with the engine management light and poor performance. They charge you £35 for each problem, plus labour time on top to "diagnose" the problem, only select parts are covered. For the performance issue they had my car for one week and ended up charging me over £500 to "diagnose" that my spark plugs had been fitted incorrectly (how?) on a previous service. Plus £15 day for to borrow an old banger was worth £500. I was only informed that they had actually changed my spark plugs and when I arrived at the garage presented with the large bill, which they said had fixed all the issues. Unconvinced I went to actual BMW and a BMW specialist as the error reoccurred within 24 hours. It was actually a faulty fuel injector that was causing the issues. These guys are clueless, rude and have no respect for their customers! I went back to them but they would not admit they had got it wrong.

I've just had my car in for an mot and service and would like to say what an amazing job Norris Brothers have done. Their a lovely bunch! very helpful and friendly and can't fault the after care which is very important in my book. I would not consider any other garage in Tamworth. Thanks again guys, will be recommending you to all my friends.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Bought a car from them 3 weeks ago no problem.... turned out that it had a fuel leak that had gone unnoticed until filled. We had to arrange to get the car back to them in order for them to bodge fix it. Was told we could pick it up so we picked it up - got it home and it still had a leak. Dropped it back to them again at our own time and expense over a week ago. To say their communication is bad would be a massive understatement. Disgraceful attitude from ALL staff.... no support, no follow up, no empathy, no urgency, no care, NOTHING!! There motto is "Our family tree is your guarantee" - a joke really.
Seems they like to sell you a car and that's it! Your family tree was not your guarantee this time, Norris Bros Garage - all it has done is guarentee you that our business will now be taken elsewhere.

After the usual rush to facilitate the purchase of our car, I was left speechless by the abject, abysmal and frankly shocking response to a fault reported the first week we had the car home ......a leaky fuel line no less!! It took me several journeys to Tamworth, making my own arrangement with the AA and many, many emails and calls to get my vehicle back after 2 attempts to fix, having to rely on colleagues and friends to get my wife to work, not to
Mention the loss of confidence in the vehicle itself and the MOT issued on purchase.

My experience includes Lies, disinterest rudeness, lack of empathy, terrible almost non existent communication and a bad taste left in the mouth!! I would highly recommend you steer well clear....

ha! Don’t make me laugh! Your guarantee is left at the door the minute Money exchanges hands and cars are sold! The reason why used car sales have a bad name is Norris Brothers! Totally disgusted by the treatment received!

I purchased a car from here that seemed to be in great condition and low mileage for a reasonable price. Almost straight away there was an electrical fault, old wiper blades, water in the offside headlamp and the stop/start didn't work due to the battery not charging up. The car was taken back a few times to get all this sorted but then there was damage to the paint work around the headlight which had water in it and the Bluetooth system was broken. I thought this would be the end of the problems but then I had to call out the RAC because I lost the clutch. There were other things which I won't go into but after this experience I cannot recommend them.

They are absolutely rip off people

Useless unprofessional liar Rude not trustworthy

They changed my car tyre without any necessity And charged me very high price

Checked the tyre with other garage they said tyre was perfectly fine no
Need to change

Highly disappointed and will never ever go there

Lived in tamworth for 45 years and never used them before, ( only to get smurfs in the 80s!)brilliant old school services. Very reasonable and nice to speak to the guy that actually looked after our car, will use again
