Top class, best car buying experience I’ve received. Aaron and Hamed were excellent and always on hand to deal with queries prior to purchase. Car was delivered to me unseen and was presented to a very high standard, in excellent condition throughout so not a single quibble from me. Delivery was worked around me as I was away when purchasing and it was delivered on the day of my return. Very prompt with dealing with one question I had after sale about the InControl iPhone App which they sorted on their end, they couldn’t do enough for me. Highly, highly recommend to anyone purchasing their new car whether it’s used or new.

Pitched up today without having pre-booked my Evoque in at Stafford Land Rover with a bonnet latch issue - met and dealt with by Steve. Friendly, very professional and efficient. Offered to take my keys and have a look - returned 15 mins later problem solved. Meantime I had been offered a drink and a seat in their comfortable customer lounge area. Excellent customer service, and a huge personal vote of thanks to Steve in their Service department.
PS: the ability to watch a Land Rover video on their coffee machine in the customer lounge made me smile ! All in all a good day, thanks Stafford Land Rover.

Good service at reception and good range of cars within the showroom. However, the salesman showed little interest in my enquiry and having arranged to receive a call to organise a test drive and follow up my enquiry, I have to date never received a call. I have since ordered a vehicle from Erdington Land Rover, where the service couldn’t have been more different. Would not recommend Stafford Land Rover.

From our first telephone contact to taking delivery of our Range Rover Sport the service from Stafford Lan Rover has been exemplary. Special mention must be made of Phil Cole who went out of his way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with our car. I can only say that if you are in the marketplace for a Land Rover product then put Stafford Land Rover high on your list for supply. We live in South Birmingham and had to catch a train to Stafford to collect the car. Phil was waiting at the station for us. What more can you say.The service level is 100%.

The staff at this dealership was very welcoming and supportive with my needs. Not all car dealerships have that customer first mindset but this one really does. Kind staff and welcoming smiles is always good especially as this weather is so cold and is enough to ruin your day but these brighten up the day even when they are having issues themselves with the cold. Well done all and hope you all have a well deserved break over Christmas

Left a deposit online with John Stewardson for a Range Rover Sport, despite being able to reserve the car they sold it to the highest bidder or they pick and choose customers, they kept my deposit as they said I could be the second one to receive the car if the finance fell through. Haven’t heard from them and been over 2 weeks. Unprofessional and a scam. Avoid and save your money. You still have my money and no response to my emails. Not sure if you are even LR approved.
