From the moment we set foot in this garage for our cars 1st service, the emphasis was on Customer Service. Refreshments were offered, large TV available to watch and so on. the waiting area was clean and in excellant decor. The work involved on our car was explained and we were able to watch the work being carried out on video sent to our email addresses.

Booked in for service and MOT. Approved work which they didn’t have time to do that day - which was annoying so took it to the Bridgwater Hyundai garage where I was told there was no sign of a joint boot split which Howard’s had quoted me £177 to fix…?!!! Howard’s also lost part of my key that was loose and then handed it back to me knowing it wouldn’t work. I had to dig my heels in before they offered to put some tape round it so I’d have a functioning key… Didn’t want to review in case I ever needed to go back but feel people have a right to know.

My car went in for a few minor issues, which were checked and rectified straight away. Lee was able to help me with all questions I had regarding the available functions, something I didn’t get when I purchased my brand new car, and made me feel very comfortable asking. Thank you.
