Very disappointing service department.

My elderly Mother took her car down for a re-gas advertised online at £69 and came back with a £69 bill for diagnosis to say that the system holds gas without leaks, but the compressor is faulty - not quite what she asked for.

If the faulty part is replaced, then she can have the regas at a cost of £130 as the car needs "so much of it".

We feel that she has been mistreated and deceived - we won't be visiting there again.

The only good point is that that they have been very polite the entire time, like a smiling assassin!

Every single time I use Rowcliffes I never have trouble getting my car booked in, the job is always done in a reasonable time frame and even clean my car afterwards, which is a huge help being a mountain biker and working nights. Can't thank them enough for the service I've been provided always with a smile too ❤️🔥

Most excellent customer service. Never have I given a 5 star review to a garage but my MOT experience was exceptional. The online booking wasn't on their system (not their fault) but they honoured the booking and price. My vehicle was returned washed and cleaned inside for only an MOT.

Andy and his sales colleagues did an excellent job in helping us purchase a new Ssangyong Musso Rebel recently.
