We have just changed our car with Howard’s and have been impressed by the easy efficient transaction. All documents were dealt with and our new car was prepared and presented beautifully. As a new customer to Howard’s we can only refer to our first experience but have to say it’s been first class so far.

Disappointed that I travelled 1.5hrs to see a vehicle that I had enquired about. I had asked the overall condition before travelling and was told "very nice condition" and it may have "minor imperfections"
Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was that the price was higher than listed on the website.
One of the alloy wheels would require a full refurbishment, and a door edge would require a respray, possible full respray to match the rest of the car. Neither of these were shown on the website or car advert on Autotrader, despite each wheel having an individual image.
Annoyingly I was never contacted by the sales team prior to my visit either, despite the online "chat" service stating they would.
