Really fantastic customer service, i drove 100 miles from Luton to do a test drive on MG ZS EV and after that Mr. Sam explained everything about car and finance and decided to buy it.

Thank you very much Mr. Sam for being patient with me and answering to all my questions polite and helpful.

Also Mr.Sam Replied fast and prompt to all my emails.

Purchased a new HS through Sam and the experience was perfect. We were looked after during our appointment and Sam kept us informed through the ordering process. Vehicle arrived and handover arranged quickly. Really happy with the service! Would recommend!

Came in and was told by the sales rep Sam "if you buy from us we will look after you, throw in 3 years servicing and mats for the car as part of your deal if you go with us for your new car order".
Came back today less than a week later on my next day off to take out that "deal" and was told "oh we can't offer that anymore it's just list price the manager says".
So I walked away and ended up going to another MG dealership that same afternoon because I didn't feel comfortable being misinformed like this with false promises at this branch, so I wouldn't have continued with them despite wanting that very same vehicle.
I ended up getting an even better deal then this place was offering! So just to say I'm so so glad you guys let me down you ended up indirectly saving me money by not taking my order this afternoon!! Still that's 32k you'll never see on the Brindley P&L 🙂👍😄

We found a little Piccanto online and contacted the branch. Our enquiry was dealt with in a friendly helpful manor from start to finish by Sam.
We had a 2 hour drive to collect the car. It was ready and in immaculate condition when we arrived. We were expected and greeted by Mike and Kiya and all paperwork was ready.
Sam was unfortunately busy helping other customers but did make contact to ensure everything was ok.
He had even organised to have the car filled up with fuel as we had travelled a fair distance.
Can't fault the service and attention to detail from the whole team.
Would highly recommend.
Oh and the car was great to drive home and resulted in one happy daughter.
