First time using Avalon cars. Its always a little daunting leaving your pride a joy with a company you have no experience with, however the support and advice Dan gave over the phone put me a rest and the service I cannot fault. Very efficient and certainly a place I would recommend to anyone with a Volvo that needs work.

After a weekend of dealing with several thoroughly rude salesman at various others establishments I could not have been more grateful to have dealt with Nick. He made what I find to be a stressful task not only pleasant but extremely informative. He was incredibly helpful and took his time explaining things and did not rush us at all. I'm only sad that he is 3 hours from me otherwise I would take my car to him everytime I needed something doing. I cannot recommend him and his garage enough. Thank you for everything Nick.

As always, top service from Dan and the team. My XC90 gearbox rebuild was handled in a friendly professional manner and priced competitively. Unless you have a warranty to maintain, why use main dealerships?

These guys are awesome. Nick pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone.
Got car in and problem was sorted quickly and efficiently.
Managed to sort out the rear parking sensors while it was there! Brilliant.
All the guys there are very good and very helpful.
I highly and I mean highly recommend this company.
Look forward to using them again.

I purchased a Volvo C30 T5 from Nick at Avalon Cars just over a week ago, and it has been the best used car buying experience I have had. Right from the start when I first saw the car, Nick was quick to respond (even when they were closed for Christmas), and he was extremely honest and helpful on the phone before I saw the car and bought it in person. When I went to collect the car, I was impressed by how well presented the premises were - it is certainly the nicest used car dealership I have been to. The car was presented just as it was explained over the phone, and you really can trust everything that they say about the cars - it's a shame not all dealerships are like this one.
We had a bit of a problem with the Tax for the car, however Nick was extremely helpful and quite literally went the extra mile so that I could take the car home the same day.
Overall, it really was a fantastic buying experience, and I would highly recommend them. I absolutely love the C30 T5, and I look forward to driving and using the car.

The mechanics at Avalon did a great job of fitting an alternator to my Freelander 2 (3.2L Volvo engine) at short notice. They trusted me to supply the part and met their quote exactly. I then toured the Lake District and the car behaved perfectly!

I first read about Avalon cars years ago on the internet but didn't actually use them until I got one of their cards under my windshield wipers. I was skeptical at first because I have not had the best experiences with garages but boy have they proved me wrong. They are brilliant at what they do. They know their stuff. Professional, courteous and accommodating.

We have purchased nine Volvos over the years, several from new, and we can honestly state Avalon cars are head and shoulders above any other Volvo specialist or dealership we have dealt with. Straight forward, no sales speak or pressure, and very good customer service. Nick and his team could certainly teach other dealers a great deal. Very pleased with our V70, many thanks to you all.
