Had absolutely great time in Škoda Chesterfield - Bristol Street Motors.
Dealing with Victoria M. was easy and she was very helpful managing my wishes and requests. In the end I exit with new vehicle, really satisfied with deal.
In the end, she even extend good will with at most cutest goodies ever... a little Škoda Teddy bear.
Can only recommend.

When changing my car recently I found Bristol Street Motors via an internet search. It was conveniently close to home and accessible without driving through Chesterfield.. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable premises. I had a test drive right away and though they didn't have the exact car I wanted, they got one in for me from another of their branches in short order and the deal was done, including a very reasonable PX allowance on my existing car. Attentive and professional staff, especially Lee, made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommended IMHO!

Great experience buying my Kodiaq from Chesterfield BSM. I found the car online and posted some questions about the it. Unlike most of the other dealerships, Chesterfield's Blake didn't insist on getting me on the phone. He answered my questions in a timely manner until I had enough info to proceed with an offer. Then we spoke on the phone.

The handover was very easy. They had everything ready for me and I was in and out in under an hour.

All's well that ends well.
Sales staff are helpful, polite and make you feel comfortable.
Having purchased my first new car, I was excited on the day of collection. That excitement turned to diappointment as the extras that I had ordered had not been put on the car or arrived.
Noticing that I was not happy the sales staff did everything they could to make my problem go away. Within minutes my car was ready to drive away to my satisfaction.
Great sales staff who are prepared to go the extra yard to ensure that their customers are more than happy with their cars and service.

My review is in 2 parts.
Sales - 5 star plus the guys are amazing nothing is a problem for them. Brought 2 skodas 7 months ago and will 100% be back for another 2 when time to change.

Service - 1 star is being generous. Horrible service, tell you 4 different versions of the story, not intrested in listening to your description of the fault. "What you want us to do about it. If your not happy take it somewhere else" and thats from the Service manager.

Had my cars first service.
All was fine. They even washed and cleaned it inside and out. Only took a couple of hours. It's my 4th nissan from Bristol street and have never had any trouble with any of my cars.

Just been to Bristol Street Motors Skoda in Chesterfield.
I wanted to purchase 2 Skoda Superb Hybrid Estates for my business.
I was totally ignored by the staff and after 14 minutes left !!
Maybe if they tried talking to the customers inside their building they may get a few more sales.......

After receiving poor service at Lookers Skoda in Stockport I booked the car into this dealership to have an ongoing issue investigated. Problem was quickly identified and fixed. Also great service from both the investigating engineer and Becky who sorted everything out and communicated with me throughout.
