Went in, sat in a few of the cars, looked at a few more, made some buyi g noises but couldn't grab the attention of any sales people. Almost seemed to be actively avoiding us.

Bought my daughter her first proper car from here.
The whole experience from putting down the deposit to going and picking up the car was without any problems.

This morning 22/5/21 I have travelled over 2 hours to purchase a BMW from this Wales branch. The car had braking issues despite new discs and pads being fitted, I asked for a refund of my Initial deposit and this could not be done while Monday (No one at this site other than one person can issue a refund, appalling).On the journey back the branch manager rang me and had been out with a technician and indeed experienced the thudding noise while braking. I am extremely disappointed with My experience from BMW. At no point was I compensated or told they could rectify the faults and then deliver it to me for the inconvenience. I suspect this car will just be sold on to an unsuspecting customer. Reg is KXZ5206 AVOID and also use another BMW branch who appreciates you spending £20,000+ Regardless of price I’d expect the basic of the mechanical safety to be right....
