North Wales Honda

Apart from a bit of confusion upon arrival regarding my booking not being in the system, the really helpful gentleman (didn't get his name) that greeted me today managed to make sure our appointment of replacing a (potentially) faulty airbag still went ahead as they had the part needed in shop. Left them to it for a couple of hours, when I returned the airbag was sorted, along with a free health check of the car & a good clean! Very impressed with the service and overall care of my car, much appreciated.

Perfect customer service displayed here in particular by Dylan. Bought approved used care and nothing was to much. Was some distance from the dealership and Dylan put me at ease sending videos and photos and showing some of the issues before reassuring me they would be rectified before I collected. Had slight issue with the vehicle few weeks later but not an issue for Dylan who arranged for work to be completed on the vehicle. Stellar service and despite distance from me I would not hesitate looking here again for next car purchase.

Another occasion where this Honda Team have gone far above and beyond in their customer service!!
Our elderly dad, who wouldn't have anything else but his Honda, took his car in today for its M.O.T.
He had a lovely surprise at the end of a very wet and windy day when they unexpectedly delivered his car home to him to save him the journey.
Thanks to you all, once again, for your kindness. He really was delighted with such service.
