We have received an outstanding service at Gallaghers Sandycroft garage.

Honestly, the staff especially Nick Hodge, were so professional and all our interactions with them were service oriented and not sales. We have ordered cars with various Car dealer including some big names but never have experience such an outstanding, courteous and empathetic customer service by a car dealers Sales person.
I would 100% recommend buying cars with Gallaghers as they understand customer needs instead of their sales figures.

Based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend Gallaghers. We saw a car on their website which was exactly what we were looking for. Sandycroft is over an hour away so I emailed them to check it was still available, Nick Johnson, from the sales team, called me and confirmed that it was, we arranged a test drive and bought the car. Nick guided us through the whole process and made it very simple without any pressure, he has also kept in touch to check that we were still happy with the car, which in my experience is fairly unusual.

Bought a brand new car last year, it’s true what they say they only care about getting a sale. I didn’t receive one phone call asking how my car was, was I enjoying it, nothing at all. Any problems I had I was met with an obnoxious woman saying well I’m sure it’s ok. NH was the initials of the man who sold me the car, please shop around

What a dreadful place to deal with, a shambles from start to finish. The Mitsubishi ASX wasn’t ready for the agreed day of collection with MOT advisories and problems. After wasting so much time and effort trying to buy this car they then sold it to another customer! I had to get a refund after paying in full. Hopeless, laughable dealership. My advice if you’d prefer a stress free and happy purchase is give this place a wide birth.
