I bought a BMW 1 series from this garage I had it for 25 days, 9 of those days it was either off the road or in the garage being repaired. It was sold to me with a 10 month M.O.T. and I was told how well the car had been l looked after by the previous owners, this simply was not the case because day 2 the ENGINE LIGHT came on and there was a banging on the back, when my husband looked one shock absorber was stuck down and the other was snapped in half completely. The car was just bouncing on the springs,they didn't go like that in 2 months since the m.o.t. I had the shocks changed because the garage was unable to look at it until after the weekend but I needed the car, gwyn did pay me back for the parts and turned the engine light off .within a day the engine light was back on, I ended taking the car back 5 times for the same problem Every time I took it back because the ENGINE LIGHT kept coming on gwyn the owner turn them off with his computer. This as you Can imagine did not solve the problem, the computer said something was wrong with the catalytic converter which I know is very expensive to replace,but I wasn't doing it. Gwyn put no end of additives in the engine to try and stop it shaking and juttering all over the road . In the end I took it back and asked for a refund and gwyn gave me my money back with no problems.
