Poor customer service. Took vehicle in last week, caused multiple issues with the internal computer. Return visit today to rectify problems 8am - 5pm, car not touched and advised issues still with vehicle. Also asked to pay in excess of £113 to remove genuine Peugeot dust caps! Manager Mark Bunny not onsite and no courtesy car available. A third booking is now needed costing time and money and additional stress. Overall very unprofessional and diabolic customer care on a vehicle less than a year old and costing just shy of £30k.

The Griffin family sold the company to a major commercial company may years ago.

Peugeot dealer: diagnostic £120 for my wife's car and didn't want to provide a report. Eventually gave 2 codes and 2 parts required at a sum of £612. Had the car checked at a separate garage : kinked pipe both faults cleared and no issues. For £120 it was plugged into diagnostics and no physical check very disappointing. My previous experience at Griffin Mill had been really good. Just had service and MoT there £372 to preserve the service history however no value for money. Forgot to prepare the MoT certificate and hadn't stamped the book. Im sorry to see a good garage slipping in standards, hope you get your act together soon Griffin Mill 😞

Excellent service # had a problem with adblue additives # they sorted it on the spot instead of the book it in for next week usual . Very helpful lady's in service dept saved our holiday getawY from being delayed this Friday ✅✅✅✅✅

Poor service from a main dealer. Purchased a Peugeot 208 just before the COVID 19 outbreak. All i had is trouble with. Leaving myself out off pocket because they couldn't find a knocking noise coming from the front of vehicle according to them they changed part's with new top mounts problem still occurred so decided to take it to a street garage boom they found the problem ball joints and two shock absorbers. Two weeks later i found the tailgate was leaking water so another phone call to them. Workshop was shut due to covid19 so was then told i would receive a call at a later date. 2 month's waiting decided to ring them and find out what was the wait up. I was told today i misinformed by another person. Water leaks are not covered under warranty. Do not buy a car from them problems will occur nothing will be done. I've contacted Peugeot headquarters now they are dealing with it so just be aware. Car has done only 5000 miles since purchased now the nox sensor and adblue pump has gone due to them not filling up the adblue when they serviced the car

Not overly impressed. After waiting more than 2 weeks for a response on the service history of my vehicle I gotvit serviced and MOT'd and was assured this was being addressed. Here we are a week later still waiting. I appreciate COVID has impacted some things but phone calls don't transmi viruses.
