Bunch of cowboys! I just noticed the panel that protects the oil sump was scrapping on the floor. I had my service done there in July and it turns out they replaced the panel with one bolt and the rest were cable ties! I just spoke to Claire at the service department and after she spoke to the Technicians, I was told that the bolts had probably snapped off so they used cable ties! I queried why they didn't take out the broken bit (could've used an easy-out!) and replace but they're not sure why. I asked to have it sorted and secured properly and they want to charge me for the work!! Awful response to something that should be a straight forward fix for a professional garage.

Engine oil cap been told would be done under the warranty but no when they done it I was required to pay. Be careful and check all your invoices they try to extract every penny they can...

Took my l200 to have steering angle sensor recalibrated, they erased the codes stored in the computer and told me I need a new sensor, I asked to get the steering angle sensor recalibrated because of the codes stored
Either they Didn’t understand the request or don’t know how to do it nevertheless £66 and a quote of £400 to change sensor and then reset I am wiser

Thinking of buying a car phoned for servicing costs was told they needed the index number. Surely the model should be sufficient to get the service costs .
