Left this place feeling like I'd dodged a bullet. The process is very easy and the man who served us was nice, but there was something off. I'd been quoted £5400, which is a bit below what I'm looking for but I went for the convenience and am keeping my options open at the moment. Salesman was very complimentary and confirmed that car was in good nick - full service history and just been serviced, low mileage, clean, one owner.. basically all positives! Then £500 odd was taken off for what was described as two minute scratches you could barely see, but don't worry! They added £100 odd back taking me just above £5000 - which was clearly done with purpose (£5K looks better than £4K afterall). Realised a waste of time so left and then received an email saying would I consider booking another appointment. Valued my car again out of curiosity and was £5600. Playing funny! I know what my car is worth and the work that's gone into it and so did the salesman. I don't blame him at all, he was pleasant enough, but the practices used by WBAC I feel are dishonest

My car was down valued from online valuation of £7600 to £7300. When I emailed to ask why I was told there was a chip to bonnet and bumper. There was no chip to bonnet and a minute one to bumper. It's not a company I would wish to deal with. There is also an admin fee and it takes 4 working days for the funds to reach your bank unless you pay extra, another money maker.

The guy who did my valuation was polite and professional. However, expect the value offered on the website to drop steeply unless the car is in abdolute mint condition. Its points off for every little thing. You need a full service history. Plus there is some kind of admin charge @around £30. I got less than 50% of my original quoted valuation. On the plus side, it is a quick hassle free sale with no fuss and instant money into your bank account. The only mechanical check seems to be if the engine runs. You're definitely going to get more for your car if you have the time to sell it privately or to a local dealer.

Price actually offered on site very substantially less than that offered online before making appointment. That's despite almost every defect being notified at the outset, and the few additional marks to paintwork were trivial. No adjustment for fuel tank being more than half full, and didn't bother to respond to email enquiry about an important item left by mistake in the car. On the other hand, we have no issues with the handling of documentation or timing of payment.

Tried cut the price down from £895 down to £330 for a extra 500 miles being on the car, took it round the corner to the scrap yard and got £648 better off scraping the cheap cars then going hear.

Exceptional service gentleman who dealt with me was so polite and helpful. Had an excellent online quote and was expecting them to try and knock it down but when they looked at the car the price went up a little. They sort out the dvla and the outstanding finance then put the remaining balance in your bank account. I would recommend them to anyone. The price they gave me was £2,300.00 more than the dealers part exchange quote

All went well, the only thing that is a niggle is that you never get the price thats offered and I see no reason why the cash shouldnt clear on the same day
