This place is fantastic, Andrew was so helpful and not pushy in any way, myself and my mum ended up buying a car as the prices were great, much better than other dealerships that we visited, the cars were clean and not full of dirt and rubbish again other big dealerships we visited had dirty cars which put us off massively as well as the pushy staff and moody approach, we both love our cars and Andrew was so helpful and happy to explain how the car works etc, he explained which cars were better for what we needed, I have to say the customer service we received from Andrew was excellent and I'd highly recommend this car dealership.

i bought my car and was told it was ok to take on the road, and was taxed. i found out 2 weeks later i didn't have tax as the company had claimed the tax back without telling me. i also had i query about my car a few months later and was told someone would ring me back but no one bothered.

I've always had good service from Robins & Day Newport. Friendly & professional people, who have serviced and carried out the many warranty repairs on my car over the last 7 years.

Bought used car from here, great communication from Gareth throughout the process. Minor issue found a few days later (blocked water jet) the service team were amazing, Simon had me straight in, sorted the water jet and even cleaned my car. What brilliant service.

Not happy with the response we had. Bought a car two years ago. Last week we had a screw in a tyre but there was no locking nut in the car! We had so much trouble to sort this out and it cost us £200. I phoned this garage who promised to ask the manager to phone us, but we’ve heard nothing. The least they could have done is make a curtesy call. They just don’t want to know. ☹️

Great car buying experience! Lewis was always very friendly and helpful, and was always there at the end of the phone line ready to answer my questions and queries.
