In real life I parked outside the garage for 10 minutes visiting a friend and Google pestered me for a review.

FRF are a decent local business

Great customer service and support from the sales man. He went through every detail to do with the documentation and spent time explaining everything inside the car. The transaction was simple and professionally done. Very pleased thank you Craig.

Initially we were very disappointed. We were told that covid/Brexit meant a delay with our car. The car ended up coming a year later than we had initially been advised. There was no communication from FRF and we were tempted to cancel at one point.

However, when it did come, Craig was great with us,taking over from a gentleman who had left. Craig was patient with my disabled father and really cheerful with great customer service. He absolutely redeemed FRF. The car is great, everything went smoothly as we exchanged the old car and we are
really happy. Thank you.

This time it was a lot longer than normal I was cold and tired from waiting couldn't sit comfortably in the chairs was glad to get home was offered coffee a few times but the work carried out was good no complaints there

Took my Insignia in for a safety recall. All completed smoothly together with a free car wash and vac, nice touch. Friendly staff as always. Thanks.

After experiencing new car has result in refusal of car within six days with major three faults , one wouldn’t charge , back passenger door out of in line with car causing paint damage as it catches drivers door when opening passenger door and vice Versa and management offered to repair to have the mr chicks remark ‘ I don’t think I can’ wasn’t promising.
Dash board passenger side has popped out leaving a rough edge on comparison to showroom car. However the manager also when I refused car made me speak to finance department knowing he was the one to authorise refusal acceptance.
When my part ex car was handed back the second key was damaged when part ex and a foot print and crack on side of key was handed back to me ??and I mentioned this to manager he replied ‘ what do you expect me to do?’
I replied’ your the Vauxhall dealership well you tell me?’ He did come back with a remark of he will order one in.
Also they wouldn’t let me tax my old car online I had to walk to post office with no offer of a lift to tax my old car which was part of the part ex which fell through via new car not fit for purpose!!
So we’re out of pocket with taxing the car plus insurance had to be redone !!!
This is disgusting!!

I would highly recommend this branch.I dealt with Neil he was very informative and easy to talk to regarding what Vehicle we needed and could afford. Great Communication during the process Excellent service.
