Staff were pleasant enough, and service quick. But everything is done by computer for value. I was expecting variation from the online valuation, but not to the tune of 30% when the online value is already at trade in value. If my car had been battered to hell had service history missing high mileage etc fair enough, but not when everything is up-to-date. I can understand a slightly higher price to tempt people in, but I thought they had been pulled up on this practice previously. I used here as I had got fed up of people not coming when they said. Having previously had a good experience with the Llanelli branch, this time I turned up twenty minutes early for an appointment to find the pod closed. I waited for fifteen minutes after my appointment and still closed as nd no staff. I drove a eighty mile round trip for the appointment and wasted three hours of my time. Shocking service with no people to speak to on the phone which just kept on ringing. Don’t waste your time. If it was possible to give no stars I would.

The internet valuation seemed to good to be true, on inspection the rep took a small amount off for stone chips which I thought was fair. I pretty much walked away with near enough the internet valuation

Had a bad experience with the first guy I dealt with so decided to come back another day. Cameron provided me with a much better experience. Quick, easy and a great price!

Booked online appointment only to be met with a grumpy man saying their system was down and he couldn't do anything about it, no apology, nothing. Asked when I should come back he said he could probably squeeze me in if it came back on in an hour or so, I had an appointment, when you have an appointment you don't get squeezed in, you get dealt with. Terrible attitude and I am glad I sold my car elsewhere now.

Was doubtful about using this company. However after going through the process must say I was very happy with the service provided. Went online to get a valuation for our car. The more honest you are describing your vehicle the more straightforward it is when you get to the handover.
Simple to arrange appointment times, good communication via email and messaging about what's needed.
Bare in mind the value of your car has numerous deciding factors. Like service history, condition of alloy wheels minor dents to bodywork. These may reduce the estimated value if accurate information not provided early on.
On day of appointment went to the office. Only let down here was the one member of staff was run off his feet. Unfortunately not only those with appointments were turning up but several on spec customers. This caused numerous interruptions for the sole staff member.
Even though he was professional and friendly and went through process. Service was better than hoped for and valuation was pretty close to original.
Far easier than going through process of private sale. All necessary paperwork was carried out quickly by company. DVLA notified etc.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was very pleased with the valuation, which was slightly more than I was expecting.
