Overall not a great service. The gent who dealt with me was very helpful and kind, he seemed to genuinely car about the sale. But not much else positive can be said. I was quoted £10600 online for the vehicle to be given a quote of £9300 when I arrived. I asked why the drop in price and it was explained that was the best offer, nothing else. But the main reason to review so low was about 1 week later I received a penalty charge notice about my car being driven through a bus lane. I now have to waste time contesting this which I am not best pleased about

Excellent service, took my car to the local Cardiff branch, the representative was very fair and the price given was very close to the online valuation. I left the car with the representative and the money was in the bank the next day. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Selling a second hand car to the wider public is always difficult and so I contacted several used car brokers. Cash for wheels came up with the highest value and so I went to see Chris, who was very friendly and not at all pushy. There were deductions for advisories on the recent MOT and a couple of cosmetic issues all of which were properly explained and agreed. I still received 15% more than I would have if I part exchanged through the dealer I am buying my new car from. Funds received by bank transfer on the following day completed the deal and I am completely satisfied. Will recommend to avoid friends having to put up with tyre kickers.

Sold my car with ease to these guys. Easy to organise an appointment, simple to find just off the M4 and whilst I didn’t get the price offered on screen I wasn’t expecting it as I realise the offer is for an A1 condition car and mine wasnt -.cosmetically it had scratches and chips to every panel. After a fair negotiaton with Chris I was happy with the offer, which was quite a reduction on the on screen offer but still 35% more than what webuyanycar offered after both seeing the car (2700 v 2000). In fact the appointment couldn’t have been more contrasting than webuyanycar (Merthyr Branch) where they were arrogant, dismissive and made me feel like they would be doing me a favour taking my car. Chris on the other hand was honest and fair and didn’t make me feel like I had to sell. Gave me time to consider the offer and call a mate for a second opinion. Chris even gave me a lift to the bus stop afterwards.Highly recommended.
