Highly recommend! My car looks amazing, very happy with it. They arrived on time and also phoned about 40 minutes before arrival to double check everything, they were polite, professional, friendly and very honest (they even knocked some money off the final cost as the car wasn't too bad to begin with and it took half the time allocated/expected).

Initially I had to change the date and time on short notice, the guys were superb with that and let me change to a date that suited me. They arrived on time and kept me informed via mobile. Once onsite I declared what I was looking to achieve from the service and the fellas just got on with it. Approximately 80 minutes later, my car was washed, waxed, dried, vacuumed and shampooed to a vey high level. Gave it a good check over and couldn't find a crevice that they had left unclean.

A little expensive but probably worth the cost considering the effort they go to and the quality of the finish.

I would use again.

Grime to Shine had been booked to attend in the morning, they got in touch at 08:30 to ask if it was okay to come now. Got back to them 15 minutes later to confirm it was. Did not get a response. They arrived at 15:30. Expressed some concern as it was going dark, but they said they have lights.
They were valeting a VW transporter campervan. We heard a very loud explosion (we were in the house), came outside to see what had happened. The guys didn't appear to be concerned. Continued to blast out music. I turned off the music to concentrate and investigate. Lots of debris and car interior plastics in pieces all around the floor outside and in the van. Upon investigation it transpired that they had flooded the compartment where the leisure battery is housed and it had exploded due to being jet washed with water.
This explosion occurred under the driver seat. Plastic shards were everywhere.
One of the guys phoned his boss Ali, but apparently he is called Harry. We spoke to his Ali/Harry. He stated it was our fault for putting the battery there and they would take no responsibility for the damage. They would not buy a new battery or install it, nor would they repair any damage. He asked us to claim on our insurance.
Ali/Harry offered nothing in a way of an apology and clearly could not care less at the damage his employee's had caused. Ali/Harry felt it was our responsibility to point out where electrical components are. I cannot believe he thinks a professional service should be told where to find electrics in a vehicle. How ridiculous.
Fortunately the older guy who came to our house was very apologetic and stayed to complete the valet, free of charge. However this was due to his good character and against the advice of his arrogant boss!

Stay clear of Grime to Grim, if you like your car or if it has any electrics that you don't want jet washing.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! After a full bottle of milk burst in the footwell I thought I'd have to either replace the carpet or get rid of the car it smelt so bad, I'd used vinegar & bicarb then shampooed it with a rug doctor but it still stank. I dont know how they did it but its like a new car! Smells lovely and fresh, all the carpets & seats look better than the day I bought it & its so shiny inside and out :) excellent job done, worth every penny.
