Carters Valeting

I have never before felt the need to give a negative review, I have always believed they are given because of unrealistic expectations. Well yesterday I had my car washed & vacuumed, it was quite dirty inside & out, hence why I did not want to do it myself. The wash was good, I did not have it leather dried as that was an additional cost, I dried it off myself once I was home where I realised they had forgotten to vacuum the boot. Having done a skip run this really needed attention. I returned today and was met with the comment "Haven't we had this problem with you before". I felt this was very rude and not sure what he meant by it as I have not used this Company in over 8 years. My car was eventually cleaned satisfactorily with an apology from the gentleman who did it. No pictures were taken as I would not be writing this if it was not for the reaction I received, just for wanting a proper job done.

Been using Carters for a few years now and they never disappoint! Always manage to turn my flithly car into a show piece for only £20. Always great attention to detail and friendly attentive staff. A**

My wife had a £22 valet today, went to pick the vehicle up only to find the sills were still dirty which we pointed out and it was dealt with, on opening the doors the shuts were still dirty,on questioning this only to be told we don't do door shuts on a valet, sorry when do you do them. Won't be going back again.
Even the East European car washes do a better job.

Good for professionals expensive cars detailing. Normal car was also available in cheap price then others in Ashford.

Disappointed as the wheels were not cleaned properly, also the cleaning of the windows was left very smeared.
Not worth the £126 that I paid.

I had 5 litres of paint spill into my boot thanks to B&Q and their unsuitable containers. After attempting to get it out myself and it seeping into my battery well, I phoned Carters to see if they could do anything. They were unbelievably helpful and got all of it out for me. I can’t tell you how pleased I am, I nearly hugged them! If I could give 10 stars I would, I’m so, SO grateful and will be coming back (but hopefully not for anymore paint spillages!).
