Very happy with the service. Raj advised me through the whole process and Rish did a great job is cleaning the interior of the car. Requested to deep clean one of the seats and he did a great job - he even came back for a second round to remove the odour from the seat. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

My experience started off with excellent communication from the second I placed the order all the way through to when the job was done ( and after to check if everything was okay ). Regarding the job itself! As someone who gets a detail done every year, I’m left speechless… in the past I’ve had to leave the car for multiple days and seen results that didn’t come close to the level of attention to detail Raj managed to deliver in 5 hours at my door. Medusa did an interior valet on my Jag and the results were fantastic. I asked them to deal with some nasty marks on the headlining and these were completely removed. Excellent attention to detail and prompt, courteous service.

Used Medusa for full detailing of my car. They did a thorough job. We have a golden retriever dog and after the full valet, there was not a single hair in the car.
Also they managed to successfully remove glue stains from the alloy wheels.

I have done an interior deep clean. And today I came to find out Raj haven't done an excellent job, they haven't treated the mould inbetween the seat and the buckle area, didn't even clean my steering wheel..i couldve down much better job doing myself.
