I had an appointment booked in for 2pm, no one arrived or contacted me. I left voicemails and no one answered the phone or called me back. My car is very dirty and was looking forward to a clean. Very disappointed in the overall service. Lack of communication. Had to find another service in the Birmingham area.

100% impressive job. Mould on inside, bird poop on outside, all completely removed. Very strong recommendation.
