Gary and his wife really lovely people. Gary has done a really top quality job on my car. A week later still looking as good as the day he did it.

From the first phone call through to my service I have nothing but good things to say about Empire. Gary and Louise are professional and kept me informed all the way through. They turned up on time and carried out the cleaning of my car meticulously. I can not recommend them highly enough.

We booked Empire to clean one of the work trucks that was filthy inside and out. They did a fantastic job and brought the seat up like brand new. Would definitely use again

Avoid this company.
I have paid £50 deposit. On agreed day 15min before service they cancelled it. I took day off for it so moving to other day not suite me, I have asked for deposit to be returned.
Three weeks and still waiting.
They not answering calls and emails.
Bad practice! Wery disappointed with service not leaving me nothing but left them bad review.
Avoid them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TOOK A £50 DEPOSIT AND DIDN'T SHOW UP!!! THEN JUST IGNORED ALL CALLS!

These guys did a great job cleaning the second hand mini I’d just bought. Both inside and out were cleaned to such a high standard, the car looks like new and it’s a 2007 reg. Very professional too. Although it took longer than anticipated, I received a call updating me of the progress.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I arranged for them to come over and clean my car and I paid a £70 deposit to secure the booking.

They did not show up at the appointment and since then they have ignored all emails, calls and texts as to why they didn't show up. I have asked for my deposit to be returned to me but that has been ignored.

Unfortunately I will have to file a claim at the Small Claims Court to retrieve my money. Avoid this company at all costs.
