Such a shame . My first visit here about a month ago was a really good experience. Clean inside and out within 10 minutes all for £15 ,thought it was great so I decided to make this my monthly thing. Sadly I turned up today, they didn’t do a good job on the foot wells, the gear stick was still slightly dusty, the passenger seat still needed hoovering and there was a little rubbish underneath the seats , (only realised after I paid) This time it was £20. I will go back because the first time I went the boss was there , he was really friendly and they did a great job. First visit was 5* second visit was 1* so overall a 3* experience . Let’s see what happens next time .

Can never complain about the the wash and how clean the car is...complaint is about the lack of consistency about the price... Same car size charged 3 different prices in the same week. Please be clear on your prices and let customers know the price when you start cleaning.

Got my van cleaned here on Saturday and as always I'm very pleased with the service. I've been coming here for many years and they are always very good and provide a quick service. Good prices considering my van is a long wheel base. Best car/van wash company around the area 👌

Cowboys. Damaged my car. Avoid at all costs.

Had the unfortunate experience of taking my bad for an outside wash on Saturday 11/09/21. After the wash one of the operatives showed me the rear lamp cover which had come off. To my disbelief he said that it wasn’t their fault and that the cover must have been already coming off. I take my car to my local Hand car wash for years and never has this happened. The operative then suggested using ‘super glue’. To cut a long story short, went to Halfords to see if anything could be done to secure it and they said water pressure had been applied directly around the lamp causing the sealant to come away and the whole rear lamp assembly would need replacement. This was confirmed by my local independent Merc garage at a cost of £290.40.

Returned to this car wash on Monday 12/09/21 to speak with the person in charge about the damage caused. Typically, he denied all responsibility saying it was the car’s fault and the cover was already probably falling off, which was utter garbage. Never in all my years of driving and owning cars has this happened. I Informed the ‘person in charge’ I would be taking this further which I have every intention of doing. You can’t cause damage to someone’s property and deny any wrong doing.
