WORST CAR WASH!!!!! took my car in for valet. Charged me £60 the car was not washed properly or hoovered. The owner just put clear packaging on the seats to hide the stains that they did not clean. I removed the packaging and complained about the stain and he lied and said it just needs to dry. He kept mentioning that I am a woman. He probably thought women are dumb and easy to rip off. I wasn't having any of it. The interior was not cleaned or wiped. He kept mentioning my nationality and said 'you type of people complain and have no money'. I do not recommend this place! Please AVOID!!!!

Very disappointing and very expensive.
I took my car here at about 4.30 on Friday afternoon. It seemed to me that they were closing up for the day and were somewhat put out by me turning up. They did a quick wash and vacuum and charged me £20! There's no point in complaining because they really don't care. I would go somewhere else only most of the hand car wash services have closed down.

I used this car wash for the first time a few months ago, they did an okay job. The second time, the price had gone up but the service was absolutely rubbish. The car was still dirty inside and out but to make things worse, they had also removed a seat belt extension, intentionally or unintentionally, really bad experience. The main person there is passive aggressive. I wish I had read these reviews before I went. This is a busy car wash and your car will not be washed properly and you won't get the service you pay for!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I put my car in for machine polish and interior full clean. The amount of damage they caused was extensive. They burnt paint on my car in many areas using the machine polisher incorrectly and left circular scratches everywhere. They then proceeded to cover the damage by applying some sort of oil all over the paint. There was also lots of damage to the chrome on the car. It took several washes to remove the oil and see the damage they had caused. In regard to the inside they were suppose to deep clean and feed the leather. They didn't even manage to vacuum the seats. I don't generally leave a feedback but these people should not be allowed to operate.

Although I have been using Mets for a while now due to convenience of doing my shopping at Tesco whilst have bing my car washed.

After witnessing how they drove my car today I would never go back here again. Myself and other customers waiting for their car to be cleaned were astonished. I would say, stay with your car!

Honestly, the best service. Very honest and really care about your car. Brilliant service and it's the only car service & car wash I will visit in London.

Worst hand car wash I’ve ever been too. No pride or care taken at all.
Missed half my roof, took it back and apparently it’s been on there too long and wouldn’t come off without being polished.
Sprayed with a bit of wetness and rubbed it off with a cloth.
Couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.

If I could give this car was 0 stars I would! The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The interior and exterior of my car remain dirty, I could have done a better job myself.
Additionally the customer service from the owner was APPALLING! Incredibly unprofessional.
Avoid this car wash at all costs! £17 for a basic clean.. daylight robbery!!!
