Very happy with FAW custom's work. I did 3 layers of ceramic coating and window tinting for my brand new model 3 and it come out looking amazing. It looks even better than a tesla show room car. Peter also gave some professional advice on how to take care of the paint and coating, what to do and what not. Very professional through out.

I've been a customer for around 10 years... Had my car sprayed by them, my alloys refurbed several times and I have to admit they don't mess about. The quality of workmanship and materials are never compromised. I would definitely recommend. They do all sorts of body repairs to professional paint protection. Supurb friendly passionate staff. If I could give more stars I would!

I had my car washed today and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Moreover, the customer service was exemplary. I have no hesitation in providing a glowing 5 star review.

They have two branches depending on the service required. Mixed experience between the two.

Tyre / Wheels: The branch that handles these are superb. I had my wheels re-coloured and couldn't be happier with the quality. Staff were committed, responsive and customer focused.

Car body: Following the positive experience with the above, I reached out to see if I could get my windows tinted. Due to demand, I was only able to secure a slot 2 months down the line. The week before the booked date, I reached out to finalise the time, only to be told that they couldn't fit me in. I asked for other slots closer to the time I had booked, only to be told that they would contact me. Never heard back despite 3 chasers. Shame, as I had high hopes.

I've just picked up my 12 plate A6 and end result is just unbelievable.
Bodywork looks like brand new can't even describe how happy I am. If you want to bring you're old car any car really, back to life and enjoy taking it for a spin FAW customs is the place to visit.

A first-class service from start to finish. Incredible attention to detail. I had my car ceramic glazed, which included preliminary ‘decontamination’ and prepping, plus some minor damage repair, also wheel refurb on two alloys. They also arranged for the roof lining to be replaced by specialists in that field. I cannot recommend FAW Customs and FAW Wheels high enough. Their levels of customer service - before, during and after - match their exceptional workmanship. Always a warm reception in person and over the phone. What’s more, I found their pricing to be most reasonable. Highly recommended. Ask for Peter — an absolute gent.
