All American Car Wash Chester Multi-storey Car Park

Very poor. Been going with my husband’s "more expensive" car for years always great, took my nearly new Nissan Note and paid £37.50 for outside and inside clean. Door cills were not touched, nor was the boot at all. Very disappointed. All cars should be immaculate. Really feel that because I’m a woman driving an "inferior" car they didn’t need to bother. Both I and my husband have rang and emailed both the Grosvenor location, and the head office but had no return calls, despite promises being made they would ring us back.We will never use again.

A very professional and convenient place to park and have my car cleaned while I shop. I’ve been going here for years, the staff are great and always do an excellent job on my car. I have a dog and do a lot of driving for work so my car is regularly a mess, yet they somehow always manage to make it look like new again. Worth every penny.

Took two cars that with parking costs in addition (for both cars!) costs over £80!

For a local just wanting their car valeted, this was extortionate. The gentlemen(s) were lovely but there was a long wait that just ate into my parking costs. Also, as someone has already mentioned, the inside panels, etc, were missed! Lesson learnt, we’ll not be returning :(

Just lost my lunch break as sent from one centre to another having phoned up intally to enquire and then told it would be 2 hours plus, due to the design of the valet had to sit and wait for 3 cars in front of me to be able to leave. Won’t use the service again - disappointing

The quality of the car wash was poor especially for the price and additional cost of parking. The car was still dirty around the wheels. The excuse was that they Do not clean the grease unless you pay for a special spray. This was not explained to me prior to the service and was not offered after I pointed out the mistake.
They also HAD NOT CLEANED THE INSIDE OF THE DOORS AND DOORFRAME .They accepted that it was a mistake but did not want to clean them, perhaps because I had already made the payment? Very poor service and very unprofessional personnel . I should remember never to use the service again.

Well what can I say 😂 very much sasified with the work I received the lads are great the new management staff is so helpful helping me my valeting list off what's the best I can get for my money and also sort my car out to make it back to how I bought it from the dealership. Show room condition so just wanna say keep up the good work lads definitely be back in soon and telling friends and family about yourselves 👍🚗

Absolutely disappointed!
First off all they did a damage on the dashboard.
Second they didn't clean the windows.
Very very expensive!
For £50 they didn't do absolutely nothing with the cleaning. For £50 i received dashboard damage..

Really Bad. Letting vehicles in when no parking available!!!!. Spent 40 minutes trying to get out!!. Probably going to say it was a busy time. Thats when you perform when your under pressure. Will no attempt it again.
