Long Lane Hand Car Wash Liverpool

I have been using this wash for 3 years now never had a problem. Your only as good as your last wash right. Went today as I do every Sunday with my 16 month old baby girl. It was very busy,a man came out and moved me closer to the cars being washed to conserve space as he did this we were jetted in our faces myself and daughter . I screamed at the man to stop. It's only water I know but with my baby screaming and soaked I said to the man who sprayed us that we had been moved closer and you do this. To my surprise he comes up to the open car window and starts shouting at me in a very threatening manner. I didn't see you had a child and I'm very busy in fact get out!!. I was distressed and asked to see the manager .he said he was the manager
He said get out or get in line if you want the car washed. I was unable to drive out due to the layout so stayed in line. Didn't get an apology or even a complementary wash. WHAT A DISGRACE. My daughter cried all the way home distraught can't wait for this review to ne replied to.

Great place ! Just had my car cleaned and valeted here and the lads done a great job! Nice comfy place to wait too while they clean the car. Highly recommended!

Used to be better going downhill I don't know if it's new owners tor he staff just take liberties when manager not there but not happy with wash today

Efficient, friendly service at a reasonable cost. Can be busy and so sometimes the wash isn't as thorough as when they can take their time. I do wish they'd clean the windscreen wipers too though!

Waited 3 hours for a £70 full valet. Picked up the car after settling on paying £50 and took it home and cleaned it myself. Joke. Price didn't even include a paint polish. Never again.
