Spotless Valeting and Detailing

Left the car for general clean, vacuum and window clean. Please, see photos to see the state of the car once it was allegedly cleaned. The young chap said he had no time but charged me nevertheless. I made a complained through the email bit received no reply. Very disappointed with the service.

Had Mike from spotless over to do my wife and my car inside and out. The quality of his work and his customer service is second to none and when comes to my pride and joy it deserves nothing but the best 👌 thanks for staying on to finish both cars at such short notice really appreciated. Best car valeting service around 💯

Collected car from Mike tonight he has done a fabulous job including cleaning and re proofing the roof the engine looks like new I am so pleased and would not trust anyone else with my car. Hubby was so impressed he has booked his in for the works Thanks Mike for a great job

No one at premises on arrival. Waited half a hour still no one.
Many phone calls before answered and asked to leave keys under door. Phone call when done but no one would be on premises when car picked up. Keys to be left on wheel arch. No attention to detail when cleaning. Most unsatisfactory .

Can’t praise Spotless enough. I delivered the car to Mikey’s in a pretty grubby state and when I picked it up the car was gleaming and looking like new inside and out 😀

I feel totally let down at present
Booked a gold valet for a car at home ahead of my husbands funeral tomorrow.
This is a very stressful time.
The company has suggested they come and collect car & take back to base
Will have to wait & see the quality of the work
The company came highly recommended by consultants , I work with at Musgrove park hospital
Only time will tell!
