There products are brilliant have bought the hydro seal,glass cleaner, tyre gel and shampoo as I said good stuff .was disappointed though as was hoping for free gift but didn't know how to do code but said in my notes I will take free product. Didn't get it and I phoned them only to be told I didn't put code in you would think if they where giving them away they would have put one in for good customer service. Maybe I will just try some other detailing firms try there products as there's loads out there now all wanting business .

I am very impressed and disappointed when I see so many positive recommendations from this company. I want to tell you what I thought was really a very good company, yes, it left me disappointed because I placed an order. The first time I bought and until today I did not receive the order I ordered on 13.09 .2020. I ordered Interior Clean for the 20L car, which some friends have told me is a good company and a high quality product and it will be better to work with this product. I paid a delivery fee which I ordered within 48 hours and to no avail. It hurts me more that I have to disappoint my clients and cancel all the things and services I offer for a few days and, of course, lose a penny that these days is very hard to earn. I tried to call the company directly. I was told that it would be clarified and the order would be sent as soon as possible. After a few days, he was still in the company on Friday morning between 9 and 10 o'clock. by the number of deliveries by mail, but unfortunately I did not receive anything.

Ordered some items during their black Friday sale. Have been using for a few weeks now and I must say their products are so easy to use and give great results. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered a tester pack of some bits and a shampoo. While I have not used the products carchem have bent over backwards to help. Excellent customer support with good old fashioned values. Recommended

i placed an order with valeting products, sub line of car chem.
there was a mix up with my order,
4 fog it instead of 4 air fresheners, got told to keep the fog it and they sent the the air freshers,
i wasn't expecting the whole order i placed just the air freshers but i got the whole order again. cant fault luke for sorting this and the rest of the team at car chem, i was annoyed at first but i will be ordering from car chem again soon.

I have used these company many times. I love the product BUT and its a massive but the service is Horrendous It took over 20 days to get my order. Now I know there are strikes on but I have used other company's who use the same courier service and had them more or less the next day. They could of used other courier kept asking for updates with same reply . so people use the product but DON'T BUY FROM THEM Direct I was left very disappointed 😕

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Ordered detailing products on 31/01/2021, now the 11/02/2021 and nothing despatched or delivered.
Luckily I paid via paypal. I had already sent an email cancelling the order on the 6th and asked for a refund due to 6 days, and no sign of delivery or tracking number, so today 11th Feb, I telephoned paypal and they closed the case in favour of me and refunded my money.

When I escalated the case with paypal on the 8th Feb, they replied to paypal on the 10th Feb stating a tracking number and said it had been delivered on the 10th Feb...........LIE........When the paypal advisor looked at the tracking number it was delivered to an address 4 hours away, so basically just to please Paypal they sent a spurious tracking/delivery number in the vain hope they would be happy.

Would never use again.

Ordered ceramic fabric sealer-rubbish product, don’t buy it.
On the positive side fast delivery with provided tracking
