CJ Valeting Services Newport

Booked my Golf in today with CJ Valeting for a full valeting service on both interior and exterior. Craig is excellent in every respect. Impeccably polite, personal and highly professional. Everything was taken care of from when I made the initial booking to finishing the job and handing the car back to me. All the work was described to me before I left as well as other enhancements when inspecting my car that came at no extra cost, so I left my pride and joy and waited for the call to collect. One other aspect worth mentioning here is Craig kept me updated throughout the time the car was with him, which goes above and beyond good customer service in my opinion.

The outcome (exterior including alloys and interior) was more than I could have hoped for. The interior was as clean as the day it came from the garage when bought, an example of detail here was a few oil stains I had forgot to mention that were quite light on the white roof fabric inside the car which was dealt with expertly. Meticulous preparation and great attention to detail by someone who obviously knows exactly what he is doing and takes pride in what he does – I couldn't have asked for more!

I was provided with a first-class service from start to finish @ a price that was exceptional for the work undertaken. So much so, CJ Valeting will now have my future custom going forward.

Just had my new i30n ceramic coated and am completely blown away with the results. My vehicle was only 3 days old and the imperfections and scratches that CJ and his team found and corrected prior to coating were staggering. The paintwork now looks like glass and the shine is far better that even I was expecting and I have high standards! Thank you so much and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Came in the other week, Top quality service did the full job, well worth the money car looked perfect after the job. Even managed to squeeze me in last minute. Was recommended by a friend and will definitely recommend to others. Somewhere I can go without having to worry about the stuff being put on my alloys! Thanks

Mold and damp removed, took care of baby seat as well, all details like new (interior service in my case). car feels and smells fresh.

Craig did a superb job with my car. I had the full valet. My 1999 car now looks really glossy and clean. Even the wheels look like new, as does the inside and outside. Thanks Craig.

Best car wash ever! Always take my range there and comes out beautifully everytime! Excellent staff kind polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this place. Car was from £1.50 to £12 excellent! 😁
